Complex problems rarely yield to quick answers. I look closely at the underlying system, test assumptions, and ask the questions beneath the surface.
About me
Organisations don’t change through plans alone. People have to make sense of what is happening, decide whether they trust it, and find their way through it together.

I am a faculty member in Organisational Behaviour at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, and an alumnus (Fellow) of IIM Ahmedabad.
My work focuses on leadership, organisational change, work design, and emerging technology. I study the human side of transformation: how people make sense of change, how initiatives gain legitimacy, and what helps teams move from intention to action.
For me, research, teaching, and executive education are deeply connected. Practical dilemmas from organisations shape my research, research grounds my teaching, and the classroom helps turn ideas into practice.
Guiding principles
Complex problems rarely yield to quick answers. I look closely at the underlying system, test assumptions, and ask the questions beneath the surface.
Theory is most valuable when people can use it. I translate behavioural research into clear language, usable frameworks, and actionable judgment.
Change is never purely technical or structural. It is lived by people—through their habits, relationships, unspoken tensions, and need for trust.
