Teaching

I want people to leave my classroom seeing more clearly.

Not just knowing another framework—seeing the real problem, the choices available, and the way people and organizations behave.

What learning with me feels like

I treat the classroom as an active problem-solving space. We work with real situations, not textbook versions of them. Participants are invited to challenge assumptions, speak honestly and connect ideas to their own organisations.

I care about academic rigour, but I also care about whether an idea can be implemented. So we move between research, reflection, discussion, simulations and live organisational dilemmas.

My approach

Three habits we practise together

01

Look beneath the surface

Before jumping to solutions, we learn to notice hidden resistance, competing interests, design problems and unspoken tensions.

02

Think out loud—safely

I create space for open dialogue. People can test an idea, disagree, change their mind and learn with one another.

03

Turn insight into action

We translate research into useful choices through cases, simulations, facilitation exercises and AI-supported learning.
