Perspective
Effective leadership starts with understanding the system and the people in it.
I study what happens when organisations go through change: why people resist, how trust develops, and how work evolves when new technologies arrive.
In the classroom, we ground theory in day-to-day managerial dilemmas. The focus is on open dialogue, sensible frameworks and practical judgment.

In the classroom
Learning should be thoughtful, practical and grounded in experience.
Sessions are designed around the real problems participants face. Rather than collecting complex models, the goal is clearer diagnostic thinking and a sensible next step.
